We did it!

Once again Keri Walsh and Misty May-Treanor win gold in Beach Volleyball.

Hopefully they don’t quit, they could have a chance in 2012. But they have plans to make some pretty little babies in the mean time. So we will have to wait and see about 2012.

Because Lolo Jones and Shawn Johnson are both from Des Moines. I might have to move. There is always Winchester Mass. too… Both places produce great individuals.

Finally we didn’t get robbed by the judges in gymnastics. Shawn got the gold in the beam and Nastia got the silver. This was the last event in Womens Gymnastics in this Olympics. They each received a gold medal in this olympics. They both deserved to get one.

… and everyones favorite (using favorite lightly) Cheng Fei won the bronze medal. You might remember her as the Chinese girl who fell on her second Vault in the Vault finals, but somehow received better scores than Alicia, when Alicia stuck both of her vaults. Weird how things have been benefitting the Chinese in China… weird.

Nastia Liukin got robbed out of a gold medal in the uneven bars. He Kexin (who is like 13 years old, definitely not 16) didn’t do as good as Nastia but yet somehow she tied her. After the tiebreaker bullshit-fest that later ensued they gave the kindergardener the gold medal and robbed Nastia, the true gold medalist of her second gold medal.

I really hope that they investigate the Chinese team, because I guarantee you that they still have all their baby teeth. I hope they take away all their Medals. So the true champions (USA) get the medals they deserved, but we didn’t receive them because we follow the rules here in America.

USA should get the gold in team, Alicia should get the bronze in Vault, Shawn should get the gold in floor, Nastia should get the silver in floor, and Nastia should get the gold in uneven bars.

All I have to say is that there better not be any more injustices in the beam finals.

Alicia Sacramone got robbed out of a bronze medal in the vault finals. Cheng Fei fell down on her knees, but she scored better than Alicia in the vault and received the bronze medal that Alicia should have received. She totally got robbed.

She should have beat Cheng Fei, she did way better vaults than Fei. Not to mention she is way way way hotter than Fei.

Holy Crap… Michael Phelps is an amazing athlete.
